Miami Dade College is a public college located in Miami, Florida. It was founded in 1959 and currently has eight campuses and 21 outreach centers. The college is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and is dedicated to providing educational opportunities for the residents of Miami-Dade County. The college offers more than 30 degrees and certificates in a wide range of disciplines.

The college has more than 70,000 students and eight campuses. It has a wide range of educational offerings including a bachelor’s degree, an associate’s degree, a certificate program, and an online learning environment. It offers more than 90 online courses and has many outreach centers that serve the community. To date, Miami Dade College has awarded over 390,000 degrees.

The school offers associate’s degrees and certificate programs in 18 different fields. The college is open to all adults and has a flexible admissions policy. Those with prior experience may be eligible to enter the Honors College. There is also a specialized program for gifted high school students. Over three-quarters of Associate’s degree graduates go on to four-year colleges.

The College Registrar’s Office is an important resource for prospective students. It helps students apply for financial aid and handles registration and course information. Students also meet with an academic advisor to develop an individualized education plan that helps them achieve their goals.
